CIM
Constructive Interference Model

AI × IT × Human Intelligence. One operating architecture.

Explore BlueHour’s Constructive Interference Model: how operating models, human authority, and supporting capabilities fit together.

Built for Business.Designed for Humanity.Committed to Truth.

This site explains BlueHour’s architectural thesis and design intent. It is not a statement of current product availability or validated performance.

The principle

What the Constructive Interference Model is

CIM is BlueHour’s architectural principle for enabling AI, IT and Human Intelligence to reinforce one another through coordinated operating structures, rather than working against one another.

AI

Artificial Intelligence

Models and agents doing work inside defined boundaries, coordinated rather than added piecemeal.

IT

Information Technology

The existing systems an enterprise already runs on. They remain part of the architecture.

HI

Human Intelligence

Judgment, authority and accountability. People decide where it matters, and their capabilities grow as work changes.

Stated aims: operating leverage, enterprise value and talent mobility (XOL, XEV and XTM in BlueHour’s sources). These are objectives the architecture is designed to pursue, not guaranteed outcomes.

Architecture explorer

Five enterprise layers, one coordinating principle

Select a layer to see its purpose and how it relates to the others. CIM is not a sixth layer; it is the principle that keeps AI, IT and Human Intelligence aligned across all of them.

In BlueHour’s thesis the layers interact through defined interfaces, so a change in one layer should not require redesigning the whole enterprise. This is an explanatory view, not an implementation dependency graph.

CIM lifecycle

Four documented lifecycle stages

Sequence: CIMDesign → CIMBuild → CIMRun → CIMShield

Follow a decision

One recommendation, four Micro Operating Models

A spending recommendation passes through dependency review, evidence preservation and human accountability. Switch any of them off and see what changes.

Illustrative simulation — no live enterprise systems connected.

The scenario

MOM-001 Capital Discipline identifies a possible spending reduction: retire a service that appears redundant.

Fictional teaching assumption: the “redundant” service also supports a critical workflow. Nothing here describes a real enterprise.

Simulation settings

The branching is designer-created teaching logic. It is not BlueHour’s proprietary control logic.

Choose settings, then select Trace the recommendation to see the event and decision trail.

What an approval means here

Approval is permission to plan, inside this illustration. It is not a system action, and it is not evidence of realized savings. No dollar figures, probabilities or scores are shown because none are needed to make the point.

Not simulated

This demonstration does not implement MOM-305 Operating Risk (containment and recovery) or MOM-508 Board Decisioning. Halting an agent is not the same as restoring a service, and Board decisions stay with the Board.

Selected MOMs and IP concepts

A small, source-labelled sample. It is not a complete MOM catalog or IP inventory, and the IP concepts are not presented as equivalent products.

Sources

Where this comes from, and what is still open

Content is paraphrased from BlueHour’s internal materials. Source documents are not published on this site. A specification describes intended architecture; it is not evidence that requirements are implemented or met.
